- Weekend reservations - 3 night minimum from 7/2 - 8/22 and holidays
- Some special event weekends may be higher
- Rates apply to advance reservations only
- One day's deposit required on all reservations; balance due upon arrival
- Personal checks accepted for advance deposit only
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express
- All rates subject to 6% Maryland sales tax and 4.5% county room tax
- Security deposit required on all weekly rentals.
- Check-in time 3:00 P.M.; check-out time 11:00 A.M.
- Prior arrangements must be made for check-ins later than 6:00 P.M.

- Cancellation Policy - 72 hours prior to 3:00 P.M. check-in day for full refund, cancellations within 72 hours will be charged for first night
